Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Please read this and be sure you understand it fully.

  1. Shipping Countries:

  2. Shipping through Logistic Partner

    All products purchased from this website will be delivered to the buyer, domestically or internationally, through BFL’s Logistics Partner, being FedEx Express. BFL aims to deliver the buyer’s chosen items to the place and person of their choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Place order/s with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time.

  3. Estimated Delivery Time for Domestic Shipping

    Delivery time for Items in stock is normally between 2 and 5 working days depending on when the customer’s order is processed, and the location of the Seller and the Buyer where the order is required to be shipped to. An Estimated Delivery Time would be known at the time of checkout. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Please note that BFL do not deliver on Sundays or nationally observed holidays.

    For Custom Made / Pre-Order Items, delivery times can vary between 2 to 4 weeks from the date the order was placed. An estimated delivery time shall be displayed on the order summary page. Generally, sellers ship the items within the time they have specified while making orders.

    However, there could be a delay depending upon unfavorable climatic conditions, flight delays, custom clearance, political disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.

    If there is any delay in delivery of a Product is expected, the Website may, at its sole discretion, intimate the Buyer who may have purchased the same, regarding such delay.

    Where there is a likelihood of delay in delivery of the Products, the Buyer may be notified of the same from time to time. However, no refunds may be claimed by the Buyer for any delay in delivery of the Products, which was caused due to reasons beyond the control of the Website and/or the Seller.

  4. Estimated Delivery time for International Shipping:

    We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide You services. If You wish to delete your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide You services contact us at customercare@beyondfamouslabels.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

  5. Shipping and handling charge

    Delivery time for Items in stock depends on the location of the Seller and the Buyer where the order is required to be shipped to. Please note that BFL do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or nationally observed holidays internationally. In the event, the Buyer want the order to be delivered on a Saturday, additional charge of ₹1500 per Shipment or as levied by our logistic partner from time to time would be applicable. An Estimated Delivery Time would be known at the time of checkout. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

    There could be a delay depending upon unfavourable climatic conditions, flight delays, custom clearance, political disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.

    If there is any delay in delivery of a Product is expected, the Website may, at its sole discretion, intimate the Buyer who may have purchased the same, regarding such delay.

  6. Shipping and handling charge

    There is NO Shipping and Handling charge for any orders placed on the Website.

    However, surcharges such as octroi, customs duty, entry fees, dynamic fuel surcharge, extended service area surcharge, Saturday Delivery surcharge for International Shipping etc. levied by any particular state or city or country should be paid separately by the Buyer at the time of delivery for each shipment to the Logistic Partner in cash or by debit/credit card. For orders shipped internationally, surcharges should be paid in US Dollars.

    For Domestic Shipping, for Payment on Delivery (POD) orders, the fee payable will be mentioned separately while placing the order payable at the time of checkout.

  7. Multiple Shipment for single order

    Depending upon the order being placed with single/multiple designers and schedule for delivery of each item, orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. All items purchased under one transaction will be delivered at a single address. We recommend you to place different order for different addresses.

  8. Insurance

    BFL and its designers insure each purchase above Rs. 5000 during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the buyer’s specified delivery address.

  9. Tracking of orders placed

    The Buyer will receive an email with tracking number once the order has been shipped to by the seller. The Buyer can easily track the item on our Logistic Partners website.


RETURN POLICY

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return Policy. Please read this and be sure you understand it fully.

PLEASE NOTE :

**Check the Sellers Specific Return Policy mentioned on the product page, where you can see the respective policy of each Seller applicable for that product.

**That items shipped internationally cannot be refunded. Defective /incomplete items will be replaced by the Seller.

** That Custom-Made, Pre-Order items cannot be refunded.

  1. Return Process

    You can raise a return request with us on the website.

    • A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity and can be initiated using login used for placing the order.
    • To return a product in your order, just follow the simple steps below:
      1. Log into your User Account.
      2. Go to My account- Select “Orders”.
      3. Click Return- Click “Return” against the product you wish to return.
      4. Fill up the form- Type the reason for which product is being returned.
      5. General Care for products returned / exchanged.
      6. Submit Request.
    • Once the return request is placed, the item you wish to return will be picked up from the place it was delivered. No refund can be processed for International Shipping.
    • The replacement or the exchange item would probably be delivered at the same time when an item is returned.
    • The refund on items returned will be processed within 3 days after the item is delivered to the Seller and the Seller has checked verified and confirmed the returned item.
    • Refund, if any, shall be made by BFL to the same Issuing Bank from where transaction price was received.
  2. General Care required of any product returned

    Subject to the Seller’s Return Policy, please ensure that:

    • The product has NOT been damaged by you.
    • You have initiated a replacement/exchange/refund within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Product has NOT been washed, used, soiled, damaged, stained or is without original tags or seals and in original packing.
    • Correct and complete product including freebies and accessories are returned.
    • All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface and should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoebox as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted.
    • For intimate apparels, briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled.
  3. Refund of Surcharges
    • Shipping and Handling charges are being borne by BFL and hence there cannot be any refund for the same.
    • Any surcharge or any other charge paid by you would be refunded only if (i) you cancel the order before it is shipped and receive a confirmation of cancellation from BFL or (ii) the transaction is cancelled by BFL/Seller.
    • Any Surcharge would not be refunded in the event the product is exchanged or replaced.
